Originally built as a Federal Courthouse and Post Office in the 1920’s, this faculty was converted to a mixed use development inclusive of 103 luxury apartments, a food hall, arcade & underground speakeasy by Bellamare. 

Due to the complexity of structure, Bellamare had to design built the project while maintaining the aesthetics and history to the satisfaction of the US Department of Archives, GSA and the owner.
