Walthall Lofts

The Walthall Lofts was Bellamare’s first multi family development as well as its first experience with Historic Tax credits.  Bellamare entered this project when the initial contractor failed to perform and the project was in distress.

Through project management and leveraging local relationships, Bellamare completed the adaptive reuse project on time and delivered the 155 unit market rate apartment complex with amenities in compliance with the US Department of Archives as well as the needs of the owner.  

Through its Affiliate, Certified Hospitality Management, Bellamare managed the business through ramp up and delivered a stabilized cash flow during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
